Earl provides an AI-powered portrait generation service that transforms photographs into classical-style artistic portraits. Our service includes:

• AI-generated portrait creation from uploaded photographs
• Digital download options
• Museum-quality print fulfilment

By using our service, you agree to:

• Only upload photographs you own or have permission to use. You must have the legal right to use any image you upload.
• Not upload inappropriate content. This includes but is not limited to: explicit, violent, hateful, or illegal content.
• Provide accurate information when placing orders
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed

Your Original Photographs: You retain all rights to the original photographs you upload.

AI-Generated Portraits: Upon purchase, you receive a personal use licence to the generated portrait. This includes the right to:

• Display the portrait in your home or personal spaces
• Share the portrait on social media for personal use
• Gift prints to friends and family

Commercial use of generated portraits requires a separate commercial licence. Please contact us for commercial licensing enquiries.

You may not use our service to:

• Create portraits of individuals without their consent
• Generate content that infringes on third-party rights
• Produce content intended to deceive or defraud
• Create content that violates any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI systems
• Resell or redistribute generated portraits commercially without a licence

All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earl shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Results that do not meet subjective expectations
• Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the EU.
