We stand behind every portrait we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.

Eligibility

Refund eligibility varies based on the type of purchase:

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the download limit has not been exceeded. Due to the nature of digital goods, we may limit refunds to customers who have not yet downloaded their full-resolution file.

Physical Prints

Print orders are eligible for a refund if:

  • The order has not yet been shipped
  • The print arrives damaged or defective
  • The print does not match the approved preview

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@earl.homes with the following information:

  • Your order ID or confirmation email
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • For damaged prints: photographs showing the damage

Our support team will respond within 24 hours to assist you.

Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is issued

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Digital files that have been downloaded multiple times
  • Prints damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
  • Orders placed with intentionally incorrect information
  • Violations of our Terms of Service

Free Replacement Option

If you're not satisfied with the artistic style of your portrait, we're delighted to offer a complimentary replacement in a different style before issuing a refund. Many customers find that an alternative style better captures their vision.

Simply mention this preference in your refund request email, and our team will work with you to find the perfect style.
